This Japanese restaurant is takeout only, and we ordered a variety of items on a Saturday afternoon. We got the -piece sushi with California roll combo, the -piece sushi with California roll combo, and the udon with tempura. It took about minutes, but the sushi was excellent and worth the wait! Next time, I'll order online and just pick it up to save some time. Highly recommend for takeout sushi!

The best Udon I've eaten in my life (from Korea, been to Japan + time) It's been here for more than two decades and they haven't changed their flavor not one bit. It's sad that they don't have dine in but I could care less if I can have this udon again. I love this place with all my heart I live in DC right now but I'm planning to go again soon

This place was one of the best in town and the food was great! Now the customer service has gone downhill, no longer open to the public for dine in, no longer consistent on which days they are open, one week they close on Monday the next it's a Tuesday they pick and choose when to answer the phone they still use the "Covid" excuse to why they are closed for dine in it's a shame bc it WAS one of the best in town

I’m quite wary when I get sushi outside of Japan as I had some questionable sushi in the US. Ajishin is an exceptional sushi restaurant that serves some of the best sushi I had in America. The fish is fresh and of high quality, the sauce portions are respectful and don’t drown out the natural taste. The rice is perfectly cooked, and even the soy sauce is pleasantly nice. Ajishin knows what they’re doing and I can confidently say, if you want sushi in the Novi area, this is the place to get authentic Japanese food. Although they don’t have a dine in option, their customer service is welcoming and warm regardless. We ordered three different rolls and several different nigiri that came in minutes. Will definitely come again :D
